With time running out until move in day, the weather gets worse, work gets busier and the leaks heavier! Damage control is needed until more funds are saved up to have the windows removed and seals replaced! So with tarp and trusty silicone, Lizbef sets to work!
We start custom fitting the sleeping area inside with PLENTY of storage as well as picking the paint to paint the interior! The second job didn’t go so well… Good job I’m better at illustrating than choosing colours for the boat!
Yay! We finally complete the floor and start adding the batons so we can fix our cladding!
We get stuck in! We scrape the ceiling free of glue, fit the doors and prepare to insert the foundations for the flooring! So exciting!
We plunge ourselves into ripping up the old floor and beginning removing and resealing those windows! We also take a behind the scenes sneak peek at some of the jobs that go on at a canal boat yard!
